Leta

It has been a difficult day, emotionally. It is the 4 month anniversary of Nova's death, and four days from now, he'll be gone as long as he was here. I have cried off and on all day. I'm weepy. It's become a normal part of my disposition. But tonight I checked my bloglines to see who on my list of blogloves had posted. I haven't done that much this last few days, so I was a little behind. While I was cruising through the posts, I found one of the most beautiful and well written posts I've ever read. Read it, once you do, you'll understand why I'm typing through tears, struggling to catch my breath, and bawling.

You're allowed to cry. You know that, right?

  2. Dooce is one of my daily reads, and I cried when I read that post a couple of days ago.

Some people call her a sellout. Some people say she's full of herself now that she's "popular." I think she has a great way with words in those monthly newsletters.

A few months ago, she wrote another touching newsletter. I think it was back in February. She talks about seeing her mom unexepectedly at the airport. If you haven't read that, you should look that one up.

By the way, I haven't left a comment here lately, but I just want to say that you're still in my thoughts, and when I hear you talk about your successes with your fund-raising and your rough days, I just want to reach through the screen and give you a big hug.

Just wanted you to know. :-)
